Cuba Travel: Request a specific license to travel to Cuba (U.S. persons only). Before applying, please review the information about Cuba travel and the 12 categories of general licenses related to Cuba travel found in the Cuba Assets Control Regulations (31 CFR part 515). If you determine that a general license does not apply, you may proceed with submitting an application.

Quarterly and Annual Reports: Submit quarterly or annual report(s) if required by your specific license.

Release of Blocked Funds: : Request a specific license to release funds blocked due to OFAC-administered sanctions.

Supplemental Documentation: Request that OFAC consider additional information as part of an existing application that you have already submitted.

Transactional: Request a specific license to engage any other transaction(s) prohibited by OFAC-administered sanctions.

TSRA: Request a specific license to export agricultural commodities, medicine, or medical devices to Iran pursuant to the Trade Sanctions Reform and Export Enhancement Act of 2000 (TSRA).
